**About the Role**

We’re seeking a dedicated **Facilities Coordinator **to join our team and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our branch network. You’ll help ensure that our facilities not only look great but also operate efficiently, reflecting our vision of greatness.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage maintenance requests, source contractors, and oversee work quality.
- Develop and implement operational maintenance plans to improve service and asset performance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and codes.
- Use data analytics to drive informed decision-making and improve outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with landlords, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvements and policy development to ensure operational excellence.

- A proactive, organized professional with a knack for problem-solving.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Experience in facilities coordination, property management, or a similar role.
