**About the role**

Reporting to the Facilities Team Manager, the Facilities Coordinator will deliver superior customer service to our network to ensure and improve the high standards of presentation within our branches. This position is integral to our Departmental vision to provide best-in-class property solutions for the Reece Group.

**Your day to day**
- Retrieve and action building maintenance requests including;
- Obtaining quotes for maintenance
- Sourcing of appropriate contractors and liaising with them
- Placement of orders for maintenance works to be undertaken
- Review and monitor approved maintenance works and assess the quality of work completed
- Ensure building compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and codes
- Liaise with branch management and building owners to address maintenance requirements and fulfill minor building works as required
- Track maintenance works undertaken to scheduled plans, reporting on non-conformance
- Liaise with internal and external customers to facilitate the coordination of maintenance works
- Liaise with the design team in relation to branch display upgrades
- Liaise with Landlords to seek approval for building alterations and repairs to be made to buildings
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal tenants and key stakeholders
- Track quotes, invoices for payment, and work schedules to ensure works conducted are completed within planned timeframes

**About you**
- Exceptional organisation skills and the ability to work efficiently to deadlines
- Trade knowledge/experience working in a similar Facilities role (beneficial)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and a knack for learning new programs
- Superior stakeholder relationship-building skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
