At Accent Group, we bring some of the world's most iconic brands to life across Australia and New Zealand. With over 900 retail stores and a growing footprint, our Store Development team is the engine that keeps our retail spaces safe, functional, and on-brand.
We're looking for a Facilities Coordinator - Store Development to join the team and play a key role in keeping our stores running smoothly. If you thrive on variety, love solving problems, and enjoy working with people as much as processes, this role could be for you.
What you'll be doing:
- Be the go-to person for store teams when it comes to facility issues, maintenance requests, and emergency repairs.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and preventative programs to keep our stores looking and operating their best.
- Manage and build relationships with a network of contractors and service providers to deliver quality results on time.
- Support store openings, closures, refits, and relocations by handling all facility-related activities.
- Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and company standards.
- Monitor and maintain our ticketing system for facility requests.
- Drive sustainability initiatives across energy efficiency, waste, and resource management.
- Keep accurate records of service contracts, inspections, and maintenance logs.
- Work closely with landlords, property managers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Manage budgets for minor repairs while ensuring value for money.
What you'll bring:
- Experience in facilities coordination or property management, ideally within a retail or multi-site environment.
- Knowledge of retail fit-outs, refurbishments, or store development projects.
- Confidence with facilities software and Microsoft Office tools.
- A sharp eye for detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with store teams, contractors, and landlords.
- Ideally, a Facilities Management certification (IWFM, IFMA) and/or Health & Safety certification (IOSH).
- Familiarity with Australian Standards, Regulations, and Codes of Practice.
Why join us?
At Accent Group, we're about more than just stores — we're about creating spaces where our people and brands can thrive. You'll be joining a passionate Store Development team that values collaboration, innovation, and doing things the right way. This role offers variety, ownership, and the chance to make a real impact across a large and dynamic retail network.
Ready to keep our stores running at their best? Apply now and be part of the team that brings our spaces to life.
