We're looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join the team:

- 3 days a week permanent part time from 9am to 5pm (22.5 hours)
- $35 per hour plus superannuation plus entitlements

- Based in Cremorne, a short walk to Richmond Train Station/Tram/Bus

**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**

To assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new therapists, including the relevant compliance and ongoing requirements under Home Care Package (HCP) legislation.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Included but not limited to:

- Assisting in the TCMM recruitment process
- Overseeing the induction of new TCMM team members
- Quality checking of treatment notes, SOAP and Health forms
- Compliance for team members and HCP Partner companies
- Point of contact for the TCMM Support Office staff
- Involvement in regular team meetings
- Wellness calls and checks

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Diploma of Remedial Massage or Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy (preferred)
- Nursing/Allied Health/Aged Care experience would be ideal

We have a team of over 50 mobile professionals caring for 1500+ clients all across Melbourne and Geelong. We partner with more than 105 companies to deliver 30,000 hours of massage a year and help these clients stay well and connected in their own homes for as long as possible. Our heart is to make every client’s last quarter, their best quarter.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven experience as a massage therapist or similar profession
- A confident, personable approach and strong listening skills
- A fast learner who shows initiative and the ability to adapt
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office) with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- An eye for detail and strong administrative abilities
- Prior experience in a training capacity or similar role desirable
