**The company**
Our client is a modern SaaS business delivering logistics solutions who is rapidly growing, from growing it's product set; to launching in the US and expanding to offering a Warehouse Management System.
**Your role**
First Customer Success Manager, in charge of managing the entire post-sale cycle of around 250 accounts w/ 20 x large customers.
**Responsibilities**
- Create, implement, and execute best practices and workflows to help support and manage customers effectively.
- Serve as the main point of contact for your customers and assist them in getting the most out of the platform in collaboration with onboarding and customer support
- Managing the entire post-sale cycle; up-sell, cross-sell, demo product, renew & retain
- Averaging 15-20 new customers per month currently, will double in 1 year
- Work proactively to identify potential problems early and support customers to overcome issues
- Perform consistently and successfully across KPI’s and measures of revenue metrics, operational metrics, and customer satisfaction metrics

- $90k - $120k + super + comms circa $20k OTE

**Requirements**:
- ** **2+ years of proven successful CSM or AM experience within SaaS
