The Role:
As a Customer Success Manager (Account Manager), you will ensure the success of our customers by illustrating how the product will provide value to their company. You are responsible to develop and own important relationships with each customer to ensure continued expansion opportunities. You will manage a small portfolio of around 20 clients with a yearly revenue value of over $1M. You will be the person who makes things happen You will work closely with a Customer Success Executive who does a lot of the back end program admin and reporting and you’ll need to understand these key metrics and communicate with your clients on their program performance. You will be a strategic thinker and develop ways to upsell and increase revenue in your programs.
The role will include but is not limited to:
Implementation of best practice recognition, reward and loyalty strategies.
Design and deliver proposals to improve the performance of customer Programs and growth of Power2Motivate revenue.
Manage the day to day operation of customer accounts.
Manage a customer success executive assigned to support your accounts.
Complete monthly and quarterly business reviews with customers on the performance of their programs.
Ensure we receive the best possible net promoter scores from clients each quarter.
Prepare communication plans for your client Programs to ensure total success.
Lead the strategy and roll-out of any client promotions - including timelines, creative design briefs, IT briefs and Statements of Works, and platform implementations.
Complete training with our customers to ensure high adoption rates.
Keep abreast of the competition to ensure we are one step ahead at all times.
Forge the best possible relationship with your clients to ensure they are clients for life.
You
We are looking for someone who has a vibrant personality who can engage and motivate our clients, is comfortable communicating and presenting to clients of all levels, understands client expectations and has solid account management skills with a drive to increase revenue in your programs. In addition, you will be creative and tech-savvy
Have 5+ years demonstrated success in a Customer Success or Account Manager role for a SaaS product
Knowledge of the incentive, loyalty, channel or reward and recognition industry (Desirable)
You'll have a strong commercial mindset - you generally get what 'business' is all about
Your attention to detail and organisation skills will be first-rate. You don't miss a beat.
You're adept at building strong, long last relationships both internally and externally
Are not afraid to up-sell & cross-sell as this is a part and parcel of the role
