Clients can launch custom experiences, run AI-driven A/B/n/control testing and centralise all performance data. Since 2013 household names in Retail, eCommerce, financial services travel and many others have since millions of dollars in incremental ‘unseen’ revenue via the platform. They are truly ‘customer obsessed’ and as such the role of Customer Success Manager is pivotal to their growth in ANZ. **The Role**: You’ll be somebody with an in-depth knowledge of the eCommerce space and a passion for all things digital. Some of the key responsibilities include: - Working with key clients to deliver engaging and dynamic campaigns - Ensuring client retention (currently > 90%) - Relationship holder for client relationship and ‘go to’ for the client’s business - Ensuring that the client’s team are getting the best possible outcomes from the platform - Spotting up and cross-sell opportunities which can be passed to sales - You’ll have a huge amount of support, mentoring and development from the leadership team **The Person**: This not a 9-5 role and they are looking for hands on client service professionals who can roll up their sleeves: - Account managers from an agency (media/ advertising ideal) who can manage a book of clients - Customer Success manager or associate from a SaaS background - Digital account manager in the Agency space - Client service or operations with the agency world will also be considered **So, Why Join?** Firstly, this is a company built around culture.
