**What will your day look like?**
- Work as part of our Desktop Support team, supporting both an onsite and remote workforce.
- Provide an exceptional level of technical support that is customer-focused and people-oriented.
- Provide accurate and timely reports as required.
- Produce and maintain high-quality documentation.
- Ensure compliance with security systems and endpoint management.
- Work alongside multiple teams to complete tasks.
- Coach and mentor other team members as required.
- Proactively initiate and develop quality improvements to systems, processes and practices.

**What are we looking for?**
- Working knowledge of Microsoft environments, including Windows and tools such as Active Directory.
- Knowledge of contact centre environments and solutions (Genesys / Cisco Call Manager).
- Experience working with Google Workspace.
- Experience supporting a mobile hardware fleet (laptops, mobile phones, tablets), including deployment and maintenance.
- Experience supporting AV & VC conference facilities, ideally within a Google Workspace environment.
- Experience working with Helpdesk ticketing systems and an ITIL environment.
- Experience working with endpoint management solutions.
- Understanding and experience with PowerShell and automating tasks.
- A logical thinker who likes tackling challenges and working with new technologies.
- A security-minded individual with an understanding of security principles and methodologies.
- The ability to work after hours and be on call on a rotating roster is a requirement for this role.
