Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Desktop Support Technician located in Melbourne, VIC. The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, assisting with printer support, conducting troubleshooting, and performing computer repairs. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, maintaining IT equipment, and ensuring optimal performance of all technology systems.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Desktop Computers, including setup and maintenance
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Printer Support and Computer Repair
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills for user interaction and support
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in Information Technology or related field is beneficial
