**About Us**
At voco, everyone’s a host, and this could not be truer than in the role of Food and Beverage Team Leader. Your focus will be supporting the Venue Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience by assisting the day to day running of the restaurant and room services of the hotel, ensuring our guests’ experience is unique and memorable.
**Your day to day**
You will be passionate about people - your colleagues and our guests. You will be a patient and educated trainer, leading by example. Our guests have come to expect a consistently high level of personalised service - knowledgably relaxed. Your confidence and guidance will give our guests the assurance to relax and enjoy them themselves and your team ability to be the best they can be.
You will also be an informed “foodie” with excellent communication skills. You will share your passion effortlessly with your team and guests.
**What we need from you**
To be successful in this role you will need to have had previous experience as a team leader in a similar venue. You will have led a small team and assisted with rostering. You will understand the basics of food and labour costs
