**About the Role**
Reporting to a fun and supportive HR/Operations Manager and close-knit HR team of four, your role will have a wide scope of responsibilities to develop, implement and coordinate initiatives and programs that align people strategies with business strategies and initiatives.
You will step into a role which allows you the flexibly of working in a hybrid scenario - both within the office and working from home several days per week.
**You will be driven to achieve key deliverables including**:
- Create, implement and coordinate Human Resources (HR) strategic initiative programs.
- Consult with management and other leaders to identify organisation development business processes.
- Identify providers to partner with in the delivery of initiatives and programs.
- As a member of the HR team, provide HR advice across the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to termination.
- Develop, maintain and improve HR and training system and processes and provide reports as required.
- Represent the organisation and deliver presentations with stakeholders to function at relevant forums.
- Liaise with relevant Government agencies.
**About You**
- In order for you to be successful for this role you will have the following:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources with no less than 3 years’ relevant experience
- Previous experience in the creation, implementation and coordination of strategic HR programs and initiatives.
- Previous experience in the provision of advice and support to supervisors and managers in an industrial setting, ensuring Have exceptional integrity, discretion and confidentially.
- Good interpersonal skills including the ability to be empathetic when dealing with people issues, approachable, personable and build rapport easily with a diverse range of people.
- Exposure to Industrial Relations issue management (preferred).
