We're looking for proactive self-starters who are able to support delivery of HR solutions, working closely with the HR Business Partner team and across the business with employees and leaders alike. This includes working on a variety of employee relations and generalist HR related work, supporting health & safety initiatives. You will also be the 'go to' contact for all people related systems and processes as well as having ownership for coordinating several people processes. We are offering this role initially on a 12 month max term contract, with flexible working arrangements across both Joondalup ad West Perth locations.

What will you be doing?
- Working as part of a collaborative and experienced human resources team to implement human resources solutions in line with operational needs
- Delivering advice and solutions covering multiple, standard areas of Human Resources to employees and team leaders
- Implementing human resources policies, practices and programs to meet organisational business needs
- Providing human resources interpretation and counsel to internal stakeholders as required
- Supporting the delivery of internal communications specific to HR, Health & Safety, systems and processes
- Ad hoc administrative support for the HR Business Partnering team as required

What are we looking for?
- Relevant experience in human resources
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to effectively influence employees and stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of human resources organisational policies and processes and current employment legislation
- Operational business knowledge and understanding
- Excellent communication skills and strong service orientation
- Being pro-active and capacity to work autonomously is essential
- Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline (mandatory)
- Experience using WorkDay -human capital management system (advantageous but not required)
