**The Role**

We’re looking for a dynamic **HR Business Partner** to join our supportive team for a 12-month parental leave contract. Based in Sydney, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our people strategy across retail operations, warehouse, wholesale, and support office teams.

As part of a close-knit HR team, you’ll work on a diverse range of activities, including:

- Employee relations case management.
- Learning and development initiatives.
- Talent acquisition, succession planning, and organisational design.
- Embedding our culture and values.
- Supporting system and process improvements.

**About you**

You’re a people-focused HR professional ready to make an impact Whether you're a seasoned Senior HR Advisor looking for the next step or an HR Business Partner with 1-2 years of experience, we’d love to hear from you.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:

- A natural people person with a talent for quickly building trusting and meaningful relationships
- Strong ER case management skills, including experience with FWC conciliations.
- A solid understanding of modern awards and IR frameworks. Experience with the General Retail Industry Award is preferred but not essential.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to connect across all levels of the business - from frontline workers to managers.
- Experience in project delivery and change management.
- Agility, resilience, and the ability to work autonomously.
- A collaborative, approachable nature and a genuine passion for people.
- Drivers license and car with ability to travel to sites as required.
