**The Opportunity**:
A great chance to join a prominent Melbourne flagship based over in the Docklands, assisting with the team to ensure the maintenance and continuation of their Kronos/UKG Workforce system as an SME. Initial 9 month contract with scope to extend to 12 or more.

**The Role**:
Aiding the business as they go through a transitional period to ensure the continued success and stability of their Kronos/UKG Workforce HRIS system.
- Act as the go-to expert for HRIS/Kronos/UKG Workforce systems.
- Lead efforts to maintain BAU operations of the system.
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to prioritize and address system enhancements.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data integrity standards.

**About You**:

- Extensive experience as an HRIS/Kronos/UKG Workforce SME.
- In-depth knowledge of HR systems and processes.
- Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude towards system maintenance and improvement.
