**Position**: UKG Functional Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced UKG Functional Consultant to provide functional support across various UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) customers. In this role, you will be responsible for working with the Workforce Dimensions (WFD) and Workforce Central (WFC) platforms, utilizing your strong knowledge of end user business processes and pay/rule configuration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide functional support for UKG customers, ensuring smooth operation and optimization of the WFD and WFC platforms
- Utilize your strong knowledge and experience in end user business processes to address customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Demonstrate expertise in pay and rule configuration, ensuring accurate and efficient implementation within the UKG systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and provide recommendations for improvements

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UKG Functional Consultant or similar role
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the Workforce Dimensions (WFD) and Workforce Central (WFC) platforms
- Solid understanding of end user business processes and the ability to translate requirements into system configurations
- Expertise in pay and rule configuration within UKG systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Location: Melbourne
Duration of Contract: 3-6 months with the possibility of extension
