**About the Role**:
Our client is a high profile teaching and learning University seeking a
**UKG (Kronos) Expert** with a passion for leading teams and implementing cutting-edge solutions.

You will lead a project team to implement UKG Pro across the University, impacting approximately 10,000 casual staff members. Your expertise in UKG Pro and ideally Workday will be crucial.

Join a broader ERP Program team of approximately 60 staff and contribute to a diverse and dynamic work environment.

**What you'll need for success**:

- Specific UKG Pro Workforce Management system experience
- Ideally, experience with the ERP platform Workday
- Proven experience leading teams
- Expertise in managing change in a large and diverse environment

**Work arrangements**:

- 3 days onsite / 2 days work from home (may be flexible).
