**About the Company**

Davidson are a preferred supplier for the government sector and have strong partnerships within local, state and federal government. We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Stakeholder Engagement Officer to commence a temporary contract.

**About the Role**
- Build, maintain and improve industry relationships and networks, internally and externally, to enable implementation of engagement strategies. This may include resolving conflicts through effective communication or opportune escalation.
- Plan and undertake activities supporting industry engagement strategies, including the prioritisation of project activities, the independent completion of tasks assigned and oversight of project resources
- Develop and implement engagement plans to promote the organization's goals and objectives
- Establish and promote events on behalf of the organisation in conjunction with key projects and business needs
- Conduct research and analysis to identify new opportunities for engagement and collaboration
- Communicate effectively with designated industry groups on behalf of the program area/agency within department guidelines
- Monitor and report on engagement activities and outcomes

**About You**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience developing and implementing engagement plans
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Excellent research and analytical skills
