**Greyhound Racing NSW - Appointment of Directors**

Expressions of Interest (**EOIs**) are invited from persons wishing to be considered for appointment as a director of the Greyhound Racing NSW (**GRNSW**) Board.

GRNSW is established by Part 3 of the _Greyhound Racing Act 2017_ (the **Act**). Its principal objectives are to be a commercially viable entity, to exhibit a sense of social responsibility by having regard to the welfare of greyhounds and to promote greyhound racing in NSW as a competitive and sustainable industry with a high level of public trust.

The Act stipulates that it is the duty of each appointed director to act in the public interest and in the interests of the greyhound racing industry as a whole in the State.

**Closing date for EOIs is 5pm Tuesday, 14 October 2025.**
