About the role

As the Manager, Registration & Welfare, you'll lead a small, dedicated team responsible for delivering high-quality front-line customer service to participants and stakeholders across the greyhound racing industry.

In this role, you'll oversee registration and welfare activities relating to greyhounds, participants, and licensing transactions - ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures. You'll play a key role in guiding your team, maintaining service excellence, and managing complex or sensitive enquiries with professionalism and sound judgement.

This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership opportunity where you'll balance operational oversight with stakeholder engagement, helping to maintain integrity, transparency, and welfare standards across the industry.

About You

You're an experienced leader with strong organisational and communication skills, capable of managing competing priorities in a regulatory or customer service environment. You apply rules and policies impartially, lead by example, and build capability within your team.

Your ability to provide clear advice, resolve complex issues, and maintain professionalism under pressure will see you succeed in this role.
