**About the opportunity**
The Implementation Consultant is expected to make contributions to the deployment and development of ELMO Payroll and Rostering, Time & Attendance platform. The consultant will engage in activities to develop their own professional skills and capability within the Talent Management industry and also contribute and be heavily involved in the growth of Implementation team members.
This role is also responsible for the effective delivery of ELMO Talent Management Software’s Payroll, Rostering, Time & Attendance offerings to the clients that they are involved with. As part of this, the Senior Implementation Consultant is expected to manage and document the configuration of ELMO systems for the client, but to also assist team members by coaching members with ELMO processes and practices.
**Desired Skills and Experience**:
- Strong background within a similar role (e.g. consulting experience within a Payroll, Rostering, Time & Attendance and TMS platform environment)
- Strong understanding of technical concepts
- Strong understanding of HR and Payroll, Rostering, Time & Attendance and TMS platform processes
- Exceptional multitasker who is comfortable working across multiple projects at once
- Demonstrated Project Management skills
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
