Principal Consultant
who thrives on delivering strategic technology solutions that drive real business outcomes.

About the Role:

This is a
full-time hybrid position
offering the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries. As a Principal Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality professional services, from solution design and implementation to project management and client training.

You'll be the trusted advisor to clients, helping them streamline operations and unlock efficiencies through tailored NetSuite solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, customer-focused team that values innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations, including solution design, configuration, and deployment
  • Analyse client business processes and develop tailored ERP solutions
  • Provide strategic consulting and best practice advice to clients
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely and successful delivery
  • Deliver training and support to ensure clients maximise the value of their NetSuite investment

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite consulting experience across multiple modules - ESSENTIAL (WMS experience highly regarded)
  • Proven background in professional services or consulting environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field
  • Must hold a valid Australian work visa or permanent residency
