**Spare Parts Interpreter NSW**

Digga is Australia's leading manufacturer of Machinery attachments for the Earthmoving & Construction industry. A multi-award winning, global company, with 5 State of the art facilities worldwide, our product & passion for providing total customer solutions is second to none.

We are seeking an energetic and mechanically minded person to be a point of contact for our customers and dealers alike, assisting with their spare parts enquiries. Reporting to the NSW Factory Manager, you will form part of our branch team whilst working closely with our Service department and Sales departments at our head office and other state branches.

To be successful in this role, you will have a background in mechanics or spare parts and be an excellent communicator both over the phone and face to face.

**Responsibilities**
- Answers phone calls and actions customer enquiries
- Attend to walk in and phone sales queries.
- Process quotes, orders, payments, and invoices
- Interpret spare parts calls.
- Monitor current/outstanding orders to ensure customer expectations are being met.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and respond to technical enquiries.
- Monitor distribution of products/services to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
- Maintenance of customer details and orders on the CRM system.

**Essential Requirements**
- Strong communication skills
- Confident in building rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Self-motivated with drive to meet and exceed results.
- Highly organised and well presented.
- Spare parts sales experience highly regarded.
