Based at our Office in Wetherill Park, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Spare Parts Coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent full-time role based in the office.

**About the role**:

- Liaise with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide support through parts identification and supply
- Provide prompt quotation support and technical advice
- Manage suppliers to ensure the parts supply and delivery timelines
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure their spare parts needs are met
- Maintain data of inventory and ensure all information is accurate
- Carry out periodic stock-take

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
- Strong level of customer service and people skills
- Strong office administration, organisational, and time management skills
- Have a high level of attention to detail
- Competent in MS Word, MS Outlook, with intermediate MS Excel skills
