We are currently looking for an experienced Corporate Food and Beverage Supervisor who will lead and support the day to day operations at this top tier global site. This role will see you managing a small and very professional team based on our client floor, oversight of our meeting rooms, boardroom events & functions, while working closely with the Head Chef and Site Manager. Proven first class customer service, stakeholder management and a welcoming and polished approach will set you up for success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide and oversee a high-level food and beverage service during the daily operations
- Set up and pack down of meeting rooms, ensuring they are ready for service prior to conferences or events, including VIP board room lunches, breakfasts, morning or afternoon teas, lunches, cocktail parties and dinners.
- Supervising and leading the team of food and beverage attendants in all areas such as; operations, training & development, etc.
- Review and analyze the daily operational needs
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of client and business requirement
- Show initiative to take on other duties with shifting priorities and flexibility

- Passion for food & beverage service and guest engagement
- A hands-on approach with an eye for detail and accuracy
- Excellent client service skills, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times
- General food and wine knowledge, as well as knowledge of silver service
- Excellent communication skills with superior customer service skills
- Flexible in working hours Monday to Friday
