Role Purpose

We are looking for an effective Food and Beverage Supervisor who can support the delivery of day-to-day operations in the Hotel Food and Beverage Venues

This is a full time position and reports to our Operations Manager.

You will collaborate with our guests by:

- Creating an outstanding employment experience for the Food and Beverage collaborators
- Leading by example and championing our Guiding Principles to bring the best out of your team.
- Providing a warm and genuine service experience
- Anticipating and responding to tricky requests & concerns in a professional and timely manner and coaching your team to do the same.
- Taking an active interest in providing on-the-job coaching and training to the Food & Drink guides.

Qualifications

Your many talents will include:

- Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role in a restaurant environment
- Understanding of current food and wine trends.
- Established knowledge of a-la-carte, breakfast buffet and beverage service
- A great communicator with strong motivations to provide great service
- The ability to showcase the best of Sydney to locals and the visitors.
- A natural ability to connect with people from around the globe.
- NSW RSA certificate
