Our Lounge teams work in some of the world’s most renowned airport lounges across Australia, providing first class hospitality to travellers looking for a touch of luxury, sophistication and the highest service standards that our country has to offer. The roles will see you interacting with local and international guests, and no two days will ever be the same.

**The position**
- Full Time
- As a supervisor, you will guide and lead the team throughout their shift, with responsibility for staff mentoring, training and morale.
- Assisting the Lounge Manager with day to day operations across all Food & Beverage.
- Maintain a constant focus on providing excellent guest experience at all times.
- Lead, mentor and train the food & beverage team, ensuring a fun and energetic working environment.
- Assist in recruitment and induction of new team members.
- Handle any escalated guest complaints

**The Person**
- Have an absolute “can do” attitude.
- You will ideally have previous experience in a similar role and are looking to work in a larger operation or a Team Leader ready for their next step.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as the business requires, including late finishes, weekend and public holidays.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service and products.
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
- RSA
- Contribute to the team with strong communication skills, high energy and a goal oriented focus
