We are looking for a **Food and Beverage Supervisor** to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work within a strong team to develop your career in a supportive and fun environment.

**The successful Food and Beverage Supervisor** **will**:

- Supporting all departments within food and beverage
- Develop and mentor Food and Beverage Attendants
- Manage the standards and procedures of the department
- Oversee rosters
- Liaise with a variety of departments on a regular basis including Banquets and Kitchen to ensure a consistent and superior service is delivered to the client
- Driving the efficiency and profitability
- Drive OHS within the F&B department.

**Ideally you will have**:

- A passion for customer service and delivering a great experience to your guests
- 1 years experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader capacity within a medium 4-5 star hotel or equivalent
- Strong understanding of Food Safety compliance
- Restaurant and Bar experience
- Banqueting and high volume buffet experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
