**THE ROLE**

The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Scape Eats full-service catering offering. The role is also responsible for ensuring that all food and hygiene safety standards are met, and our student residents are provided with exceptional service.

**THE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure that the dining area is always presented to a high standard
- Contribute to the development and delivery of the operating procedures for Scape Eats
- Assist in beverage stock par levels and ordering
- Greet and welcome all residents and guests with an attentive and personal service
- Respond to customers’ requests and feedback promptly and efficiently
- Share feedback provided by the customers to the management
- Be the point of escalation to teams and manage resolution
- Onboard and train new team members effectively

**THE REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hospitality, with previous supervisory experience highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and develop a team to excel
- Excellent presentation and customer service skills
- Exceptional communication skills and high attention to detail
- A people person who is able to engage with customers and employees
- The ability to multi-task
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Fully conversant with WH&S best practice

This is particularly important as we continue to grow - both as a business and as a team. Please note that this does mean that we are a five-day-a-week in the office team.

**Salary**: $52,640.84 - $92,422.61 per year
