Mattel Australia & New Zealand are seeking a passionate and ambitious Trade Marketing Professional to join our Customer Marketing team In this role you will execute strategic channel and customer plans that deliver against our long term growth objectives and bring Mattel’s brands to life at retail.

**As a Trade Marketing Professional, you will be responsible for**:

- Executing the Visual Merchandising strategy for ANZ through the development of concepts that maximise brand exposure and cost efficiencies.
- Working with sales and marketing teams to develop channel strategies and programs, in particular merchandising strategies for Mass, Specialty and Grocery channels.
- Creating planograms for prepacked Point of Sale items e.g. Pallets & Towers.
- Ensuring ROI is maximised by conducting both pre and post implementation analysis of all activations requested by stakeholders.
- Managing day to day relationships with third party creative and logistics agencies.
- Working closely with DHL to ensure the on time dispatch and delivery of all Point of Sale items to stores.
- Supporting with the delivery of ATA Toy Fair and other ad hoc events.
- Tertiary qualified in either marketing, business management, economics, or other business related disciplines.
- 2 years prior experience in either sales, marketing or retail operations (head office or stores), or project management.
- Experience with space planning software.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A resourceful decision maker with a sense of urgency.
