Client Description:
Our client is a leading information management company dedicated to providing innovative solutions for data storage, document management, and secure information destruction. With a nationwide presence and a commitment to excellence, our client serves diverse industries, including healthcare, finance, legal, and government.

Position Summary: In addition to providing exceptional customer service, you will assist in maintaining their Customer Record Management system and handling various day-to-day tasks. This full-time role is based in South Eastern Suburbs and offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure accurate maintenance of program enrolments
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner
- Perform data entry and record management tasks as required
- Assist in project administration as needed
- Engage current and potential clients through inbound and outbound calls, promoting
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address any complaints
- Resolve customer issues related to Program Administration
- Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues
- Provide feedback on customer service process efficiency
- Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional customer support
- Handle complaints, offering appropriate solutions within reasonable time frames, and following up to ensure resolution

**Required Attributes**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Demonstrated work experience as a Customer Service Agent or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Sound knowledge of customer service principles
- Self-motivated with a strong team-oriented mindset
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Exceptional phone handling and active listening skills
