**About the company**

This opportunity is for one of Australia’s largest ASX listed established leader in vehicle fleet leasing, fleet management and diversified financial services across Australia and New Zealand.

This role sits within the Customer Experience team reporting to the Product Optimization Manager. This is a team that maintains professionalism but loves to have a bit of fun at work and outside of work and loves the social side of things.

The position is best suited to someone who thrives off customer interaction and is solution focused. It will be a temporary position for 3 months and will go permanent if it is the right fit.

**Responsibilities**
- Work collaboratively daily with key stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between Customer Service and Product Operations team to identify and improve the collaboration between the teams
- Providing administrative support to Product Managers during peak busy periods
- Establish and grow working relationships with external suppliers, peer groups and key internal stakeholders
- Be a team player; approaching requests in a positive & helpful manner
- Provide administrative support to various projects

**Requirements/Skills**
- Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Must be able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in customer service
- Maintain a high attention to detail, willing/ keen attitude, positive and helpful disposition
- Must be able to work to deadlines, bringing strong time management skills
- Experience working in a busy administration role
- Must be able to provide shown experience dealing with obscure customer requests
- Must be highly motivated and solution focused
- Must maintain professionalism and adaptability depending on who you are speaking with
- Must have full working rights - permanent/ citizenship
