**About the Role**

We are seeking a strategic and experienced **Human Resource Manager** to lead and coordinate our HR and workplace relations functions. This role is critical to supporting our growing team and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and labour agreements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and plans aligned with business goals.
- Advise managers on recruitment, selection, induction, training, and development.
- Lead performance management systems to enhance individual and team outcomes.
- Represent the company in negotiations with unions and employees.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and equal employment opportunity legislation.
- Manage redundancy and retrenchment processes with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Monitor employment costs and workforce productivity.
- Train and support managers in HR and workplace relations matters.

**About You**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a senior HR role.
- Proven experience in strategic HR planning and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of Australian workplace laws and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience in regulated industries or agriculture/horticulture sectors is highly desirable.
