**Your Job**:
As the Swim School Manager at Fish N Flips Underwood, you're responsible for a broad range of duties, including coordination of the Swim School program to optimise commercial return and ensuring excellence in all areas of customer experience. You're a key player in our customers' journey, whether they are just starting out, or a long-term client. You'll be there to:

- Provide leadership in the planning, resourcing, implementation and evaluation of the learn to swim program
- Responsibility for program budgeting, performance and reporting
- Promote & deliver the program in a fun and engaging way
- Activate community participation
- Manage and inspire your team
- Build relationships with both parents & students
- Embrace new ideas and innovative approaches
- Coordinate administration functions & solve problems with agility
- Create experiences that delight and engage
