Spick & Span Commercial Property Maintenance Pty Ltd located in Underwood Qld is looking for a Human Resource Manager to join our team.

With a team of dedicated members spread across Australia serving clients in different industries, we are now in search of a Human Resource Manager to take charge of all aspects of our human resources with the support of supervisors and managers.

Key responsibilities of role include the following:

- Develop, maintain, and enhance procedures and policies to streamline recruitment, induction processes, and staff retention.
- Ensure positive, proactive, and strategic employee relations to align with the business plan and facilitate necessary changes.
- Offer effective HR guidance to managers and employees to minimise cost/risks.
- Conduct performance reviews with managers and supervisors, establishing actionable plans for individual staff members.
- Implement and regularly review policies and procedures to align with employment legislation and compliance with certification requirements.
- Serve as the company’s representative in meetings with stakeholders, including employees, unions and clients.
- Take charge of developing and managing KPI systems for individual staff members, offering guidance on achieving them.

To be considered for the role, you should have:

- Relevant qualification in Human Resources or equivalent, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR-related statutory requirements.
- Robust expertise in performance management.
- Outstanding organisational, communication, and time management abilities
- Demonstrated integrity, objectivity, and strict confidentiality maintenance.
- Proficiency in adapting to technology and implementing innovative solutions.

Salary Range: $110,000 to $140,000 plus superannuation.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
