Do you have a passion for driving operational excellence for Perth's largest exhibitions and business events. We’re seeking an experienced **Operations Manager** for our warehouse and event delivery functions.

Key Responsibilities

**Warehouse & Inventory Management**
- Oversee multiple departments
- Manage inventory systems for upcoming events
- Manage production schedules
- Maintain warehouse safety standards and lead improvement initiatives

**Staff Leadership & Development**
- Manage performance, development, and strategy for teams
- Assist with recruitment & training
- Ensure high productivity, safety, and morale across departments

**Event Operations**
- Lead all aspects of allocated events from pre-show planning to execution
- Ensure compliance with venue and industry regulations
- Monitor delivery quality and support continuous improvement

**Operational Excellence**
- Develop SOPs and track performance metrics
- Oversee equipment maintenance
- Lead cross-departmental process optimisation and strategic planning

Decision-Making & Collaboration

You’ll work in tandem with another Operations Manager and report to Executive Management. You’ll have authority over daily operations and team resourcing, while partnering on strategic decisions and company-wide initiatives.

- Staff productivity, safety, and retention
- Event execution quality and schedule adherence
- Operational improvement results

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
