**Full Time - Operations Manager**

**Diploma in Early Childhood or above**

**$107,031 per annum** + superannuation + leave loading + bonuses

Are you our next Operations Manager? We are looking for an extraordinary leader to lead and support a portfolio of service across the country. Reporting to the Executive Manager, this role will enable you to use your skills to influence, problem solve and create magic.

To be successful in this position you will be required to have a thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework and Quality Standards.

**What you’ll do**:

- Influence and inspire reports to collaborate, problem solve and overcome challenges together.
- Facilitate team meetings and support direct reports to achieve success in meeting their objectives.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support children's safety and wellbeing.
- Contribute to, and champion the organisation’s culture and notion of community.
- Support the Practice Support Managers and Directors to recruit, retain and develop staff.
- Work along side a team of professionals to provide better outcomes for families and children and our staff.
- Induct new team members on operational matters and support the monitoring of their performance during their first six months with the organisation.
- Work with services in monitoring their income and expenses.
- Support practice and assist services to maintain and deliver best practices.

**What you’ll bring**:

- A relevant qualification i.e. diploma or bachelor’s degree in early childhood.
- An absolute can-do attitude
- Demonstrated experience in leading and supporting teams.
- Ability to travel nationally, and be able to be away from home for short periods of time.
- Demonstrated experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working with Children Check.
- National Police Clearance.
- Driver's licence.
