NSW Government Agency is looking for a Student Liaison Officer to provide parent and stakeholder complex case support in the management of logístical services for the assisted school travel program.

**About the role**:

- Provide transport specific and disability information and advice to school staff and responding to requests involving complex issues.
- Liaise and work collaboratively with ATSP teams and contractors regarding student transport support.
- Liaise with parents and mediating on AST issues for government and non-government schools.

**Essentials**:

- Comprehensive understanding of the impacts of disability on educational outcomes
- Education qualifications essential and qualifications/experience in Special Education desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
