The Student Systems Team is responsible for the development, maintenance and support of the Student Management Package (SMP), UOW’s Student Information System (SIS) which is developed in-house and used by staff and students at onshore and offshore campuses.

The Student Systems Officer will be responsible for the maintenance and support of the Student Management Package (SMP) and associated Future Student Systems. Responsibilities include managing Student Systems maintenance functions including user access; providing expert Student Systems advice; complex problem resolution; assisting with the development process (evaluate, develop business rules, test, document and implement changes) and providing user support and training.
