About the Role
Complete general administration and secretarial duties including mail, typing, formatting, photocopying, data entry, filing and travel arrangements, undertaking basic research and participate in projects, agreements, plans, and data collection as required whilst maintaining a neat and tidy reception area.
Attend and perform secretariat duties in meetings and disseminate information within the area when required including training sessions.
Coordinate with NUM, Human Resources, Payroll services, Switch and other relevant areas regarding Nursing staff matters and associated issues. Prepare and update nursing staff rosters and associated reports (including leave), liaising with appropriate professional staff and disseminate information to Nursing Staff as required while maintaining accurate records.
