Tactical Solutions Australia, backed by an established international organisation, is a growing SME specialising in technology, software, and equipment for Defence, Law Enforcement, and Emergency Services. We are seeking a motivated A**ssistant Account Manager** to join our Arundel team.

**About the Role**

As an Assistant Account Manager, you will support the sales and account management team in delivering high-quality solutions to clients across the Defence and Law Enforcement technology space. This is a dynamic role that will see you assisting with:

- Customer communication and relationship management.
- Assisting with proposals, quotes, and tender submissions.
- Coordinating logistics, freight coordination, and administration.
- Supporting product demonstrations and trade shows.
- Working closely with a small team to ensure projects are delivered end-to-end.

**What We’re Looking For**

We are a small but ambitious team, so we need people who are flexible and hands-on, able to pitch in across administration, freight, and customer service when required.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Background or ties to Defence, Law Enforcement, or Emergency Services (desirable).
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience in administration, sales support, or customer service roles.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to grow with the business.

Pay: $58,782.58 - $75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week
