**The Role**

Due to our continued success and rapid growth, we are seeking a motivated Internal Sales Representative to join our team at our Laverton North branch.

**Knowledge**

A mechanical aptitude or knowledge in any of the following areas would be advantageous.
- Fasteners
- Welding
- Construction products
- Safety Wear / Equipment

**Duties**
- Processing over-the-counter/phone sale transactions
- Provide accurate information about specific products, features and services
- Informing customers about current promotions and special offers
- Dealing with customer queries and offering solutions
- Regular training and development to improve power tool knowledge and sales

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining an established customer base
- Continually seeking new growth opportunities and growing your existing business
- Building solid working relationships and developing rapport with customers
- Liaising with internal department to respond to customer enquiries

**Salary**

Annual salary starts at $52,000 plus superannuation based on experience.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Laverton North V, IC 3026: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
