**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Grow with purpose**: Support the Sales Manager in driving sales and building strong, lasting relationships with a select group of customers.
- **Be the go-to expert**: Help secure Jotun’s place in major projects by getting our products specified and approved by architects and consultants.
- **Stay ahead of the curve**: Monitor trends in construction and coatings, and use your insights to keep Jotun at the forefront of the industry.
- **Build your network**: Connect with architects, designers, and project specifiers to champion Jotun’s innovative solutions.
- **Make an impact**: Deliver training and presentations that showcase the value and performance of our products.

**What You Bring**
- 1+ year of B2B or field sales experience (more is always welcome)
- A proactive, curious mindset and a passion for building relationships
- Experience in coatings, construction, or industrial sectors is a plus
- Willingness to travel and engage with clients across VIC & TAS
- Based in Australia with full working rights
