Are you passionate about climate action and sustainability? Do you want to help shape a greener future for your community? Hobsons Bay City Council is looking for a dynamic and driven **Sustainability Officer** to join our team and help deliver real change.

As a sustainability all-rounder you'll support the delivery of strategies, projects and programs that reduce emissions and help prepare Hobsons Bay and community for a changing climate.

**What you’ll be working on**
- Community and organisational Behaviour Change programs
- Innovative water and solar projects
- Collaborative regional projects

**What you need to succeed**
- Knowledge and/or experience across a range of sustainability challenges
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Policy and strategy development experience
