About the role

In this role you will have overarching responsibility for the management, performance and compliance of the Processing Centre and Building Services Team, for the effective operation and maintenance of the building, plant and equipment. You will utilise your expertise to problem solve and advise on complex facility related issues making timely decisions to support the efficient, sufficient and timely provision of safe blood and blood products within a service excellence culture.

High levels of expertise in the management of technical and complex facilities, proactively maintaining knowledge of trends and best practice

Good team leadership experience with the ability to motivate and direct work to effectively deliver operational outcomes

Demonstrated experience in a similar environment with an acute understanding of the regulatory requirements associated with cGMP

An in-depth understanding of the requirements of AS3864

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to develop and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, contractors and team members

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and is based on site at our Sydney Processing Centre in Alexandria.
