We are seeking a Manager - Grooming Services to join our team with a passion for dogs and people. We are offering an attractive salary of $63,000 plus superannuation.

**About the role**:
As a well-established brand, Dog’s Group PTY LTD is continually growing and expanding its operations. The manager will be responsible for assistance with day to day running of the business, working closely with the Directors and other staff members. This is a diverse role which carries a number of aspects including but not limited to management, operational and hands on responsibilities.

**Main duties include**:

- Ordering any items necessary if in retail, day-care or grooming and liaising with third parties
- Coordinating and overseeing operations whilst implementing process improvements
- Hiring, training, and supervising other workers
- Creating work schedules and oversee promotional aspects of the business
- Developing and enforcing policies and procedures
- Scheduling and overseeing appointments and ensuring these are managed correctly in line with customer expectations
- Ensuring the overall facility is up to standard in terms of hygiene
- Ensuring the animals are groomed, fed, exercised, and cared for
- Staff rostering as required
- Communicates expectations with staff
- Supports problem resolutions and decision-making
- Conducts timely performance evaluations
- Develops, coordinates and enforces systems, policies and procedures in line with relevant standards and best practice

**Requisite Skills and Experience**:

- Communicate effectively with other staff and clients
- Maintain upbeat and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to supervise team by providing their needs, dealing with schedule and managing team’s
- performance
- Support the company by meeting the business needs in terms of physical, human and technological

This role is for a full-time and permanent position.

Experience: 2 years industry experience (preferred)

Tertiary qualification (preferred)

Work eligibility: Permitted to work permanently and with no restriction on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent resident)
