Join our growing facilities maintenance team and play a key role in keeping our clients' sites running smoothly. Reporting to the Service Team Lead, you'll use our network of trades and consultants to schedule and manage maintenance work orders across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, and more.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for managing a steady flow of20-30 work orders per day, ranging from routine preventative tasks to urgent reactive maintenance. These can include carpentry, handyman, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, and more.

Your work will be office-based, using our job management system to allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure requests are completed within SLA.

This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role where juggling priorities, solving problems quickly, and keeping both trades and clients updated will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate work orders to appropriate technicians and contractors.
  • Schedule, manage, and close numerous jobs each day within SLA.
  • Provide updates to clients and deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues between clients and trades.
  • Build strong working relationships with our trade network.
  • Ensure compliance with KPIs and company standards.

About You:

  • Previous Service Coordination / Scheduling experience in the facilities maintenance industry is essential.

  • A can-do and positive attitude with the drive to deliver a high standard of customer service.

  • The ability to think on your feet in order to find alternative solutions, in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new systems
