We offer a variety of services from the supply and installation of all fire systems, as well as the inspection and maintenance of fire systems. Our services and maintains thousands of buildings throughout Greater Sydney, with the residential commercial and industrial sector.

**Your duties will include**:

- Manage and coordinate on-road technicians by preparing job schedules
- Dealing with a team of service technicians and third party sub-contractors
- Coordination of inspection and testing of essential fire measures
- Responding to customer service calls and technician allocation
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and guidelines to ensure that client orders, installation or routine activities are completed in a timely manner
- Assist with preparation of quotes and reports
- Perform other related admin duties as assigned by management
- Being a key point of contact and communication in developing strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Knowledge of Uptick
- FPAS Accreditation

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- An interest in a career in fire systems
- Good communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work as part of a team
- No office experience required. We are open to experienced service technicians who are looking take the next step in their career

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
