**About the role**

Join Activ’s expert team of behaviour support and allied health professionals delivering person-centred, value-driven services across WA.
As a new Pre-Core/Core Behaviour Support Practitioner, you’ll work in a flexible hybrid model and receive ongoing support from experienced Proficient and Advanced Practitioners. We’ll also guide you through your NDIS registration process.

**A typical day may include**:

- Conducting person-centred behavioural assessments tailored to individual needs.
- Developing and implementing behaviour support plans aligned with NDIS standards.
- Training and supporting families, staff, and stakeholders on behaviour and safety plans.
- Communicating regularly with managers and the wider Activ team.
- Meeting team KPIs while delivering high-quality services.
- A relevant tertiary qualification such as Nursing, Psychology, Special Education, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, or other related health/community/human services areas.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate report writing skills
- A positive, contemporary attitude, and a commitment to maximise quality of life for people with disability.
- National Police Clearance and NDIS worker screening check.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
