Your role at St John of God Social Outreach Services

We are seeking to recruit a Mental Wellbeing & Raphael Services Manager to join our Social Outreach team, on a permanent full-time basis

The Manager Supports and maintains a framework for activity within Social Outreach services, which will include strategic development, service planning and delivery of community mental health services

The Position- Provides support to the Director Community Mental Health Services with respect to the formulation and implementation of service activity.- Develops strategies and make recommendations on service planning and implementation of accessible early intervention and treatment services to the populations within the region.- Develops collaborative relationships and partnerships with key stakeholder groups.- In consultation with Director Community Mental Health Services, develops and maintains Memorandums of Understanding with partners where relevant.- Supports and maintains a framework for the identification, selection, prioritisation, implementation and evaluation of service activities.- Provides operational input into the development of the Social Outreach Strategic Plan.

Successful applicants must hold a tertiary qualification in fields relevant to Mental Health Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent and/or professional registration with a social, behavioural or health sciences field.

We can offer you- Salary: $149,237 to $165,829 plus 11.5% Superannuation- Permanent full-time, working 38 hours per week- Wembley primary location, role covers Perth metro and Peel regions- Salary packaging up to $18,550 on a range of benefits such as mortgage, rent, meal entertainment, holiday accommodation or other everyday living expenses as well as options to salary package benefits above the FBT cap on items such as:
