**Your Opportunity**:
The **Project Controls Specialist** is responsible for the development and preparation of Project Controls deliverables on the assigned project with mínimal supervision and/or oversight. The role directly reports to Manager of Project Controls and Project Manager assigned and routinely interacts with Senior Operations professionals within organization.

**Your Responsibilities will include**:

- Responsible for project Cost Forecasting, Scheduling/Planning, Progress Measurement & Reporting, Change Management & Risk Management facilitator.
- Develops the WBS and CBS for control and requirements as defined by the contract and execution plan.
- Develops integrated EPC cost and schedule program including reporting.
- Develops and maintain progress measurement system applicable to the project.
- Analyzes cost and schedule data including the PSR and recommends solutions or recovery plans to impacts or delays.
- Monitors status of risks & opportunities as well as cost and progress trends.
- May provide direct supervision as required to a small team of Project Control resources on one or a group of projects.
- Regularly interfaces with Senior Management and Clients.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and adherence to internal controls and procedures.

**About You**:

- Good knowledge of Tank Storage Product Lines
- Practical experience in the use and understanding of company’s job cost management and scheduling systems and associated practices and policies.
- Construction experience and planning acumen
- Proactively identifies and solves the complex problems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced MS Excel and Database skills
- Mentally agile and ability to multi-task and manage tight deadlines
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated business partnering skills with the ability to influence the organization
- Adaptability and agility to learn and contribute in varying and complex environments
- Exceptional communication and presentation skill, both written and verbal
- Proactively embraces and promotes the company’s values and culture, including diversity & inclusion and a healthy and safe work environment

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- College or University Diploma, Typically in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
- 7 - 10+ years of relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years experience working with Primavera (P6) and/or other scheduling/planning software
- Minimum 5 years experience with Cost Control, Forecasting and Management
- Good Understanding of Change & Risk management

**Please note, there is no public transport available near our Kwinana office**

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
